Part-Time Office Manager

Well-established, small animal hospital offers newly-created, part-time Office Manager’s position encompassing 20 to 25 hours per week. Some evenings until 7:00 p.m. required. Our hospital offers a professional, clean and friendly working environment, outstanding veterinary team, and excellent patient health care and client services.  We are seeking an experienced, organized, motivated, team-oriented person with sound organizational skills to join and lead our small but enthusiastic staff.  Ideal candidates will possess a 4 year business degree, excellent verbal and written communications skills, and strong PC experience in QuickBooks, Word and Excel.  A working knowledge of veterinary or medical terminology and/or familiarity with veterinary or medical databases a plus.  Additional requirements include purchasing, inventory control, and applicant screening.  Please e-mail resumes, including cover letter stating desired hourly wage, to:
